Shankill Tennis 2023

Brady and Ryan returned to Shankill Tennis Club for the Junior Wheelchair Tournament running alongside the Junior World Tour.

The match was attended by An Cathaoirleach of DLRCC, Denis O’Callaghan and awards presented by Sports Ireland Chairperson, John Foley. Also in attendance, DLR county council and Windsor Nissan who provided sponsorship for the event.

Both Brady and Ryan played well in their matches with the singles final coming down to Brady and Charlie Jago-Byrne. The final ended up being one of the most watched and nail biting finals ever. Both players played their hearts out in front of a large crowd and with match play reaching the 2 hour mark, it all came down to another tiebreak. The win finally went to Charlie and a very close runner up to Brady.
